Full Results of the Pokémon TCG Pick-a-Pack Tournament – 23 Nov 2025

Phantasmal Flames

The Nordics were selected as a testing ground for an exciting new Pokémon TCG limited format: the Pick-a-Pack Tournament. Each participant picked a single booster pack and constructed a 20-card deck, supplemented with 9 Rainbow Energies. Evolution rules were fully flexible — players could evolve any Pokémon into any Stage 1 or Stage 2 Pokémon, regardless of evolutionary line (for example, Bulbasaur → Charmeleon → Blastoise).

Every participant received two Prize Pack Series 7 boosters, and the winner took home an exclusive Pikachu Promo. Below are the full standings from the event.

The first Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender Booster Draft kicked off our Friday Night Magic League. Each participation each week in the draft earns a player 3 points and each match win earns 1 point. The first players to reach 20 points during the league will win exclusive Magic prize(s). In addition, winners of individual Friday Night Magic events receive promotional winner cards.

This season runs from Avatar: The Last Airbender through the Lorwyn Eclipse prerelease. Below are the full results from our opening Booster Draft.

Every Tuesday from 5pm, One Piece TCG is played in-store at Nostalgic. These weekly sessions are open to everyone – newcomers, beginners, and experienced players alike.

On Tuesday 18 November 2025, we hosted another competitive OP Store Tournament. Thank you to all players who attended and contributed to an excellent evening of matches.

Looking ahead, on Wednesday 26th at 5pm we will be hosting the highly anticipated Treasure Cup, offering exclusive prize support. We expect strong participation, so please arrive early to secure your place.

Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender Prerelease Weekend

Avatar: The Last Airbender

Our Avatar: The Last Airbender Prerelease Weekend at Nostalgic on Friday 14 Nov and Saturday 15 Nov saw a fantastic turnout! With 24 participants on both days, everyone received a prerelease kit of their chosen color and a participation booster.

The Top 8 finishers were awarded additional play booster packs based on their placement.

The next prerelease will be Lorwyn Eclipsed, where we expect store prerelease attendance records to be broken. The target will be 40+ for one event.

In the meantime, join us every Friday at 5 PM and Saturday at 1 PM for more Magic: The Gathering and Avatar-themed events.

Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution – Phantasmal Flames Prerelease Event (09 November 2025)

Our biggest prerelease event yet 🔥
Taking the crown from Magic: The Gathering’s Edge of Eternities prerelease back in July, this event saw an incredible turnout of Pokémon Trainers from near and far. As we continue to sell out of prerelease kits, we’re excited that future allocations will grow even larger!

Each participant received a prerelease kit containing 4 Phantasmal Flames booster packs, and after the final round, everyone was rewarded with 3 additional booster packs.
And yes — the trend continues! The Mega Charizard ex Gold card was pulled 🏆, keeping Nostalgic’s streak alive of hitting the rarest and most sought-after cards at every prerelease.
