Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we’re located at Butikstorvet 14C, 7190 Billund, Denmark—just 90 meters from LEGO House and 1 km from Billund Airport. Current opening hours (which change seasonally) are available on Google and at the bottom of our website.
Do you list your full inventory online?
No. Many items, like single and graded cards, sell out within minutes in-store. Our stock changes daily, so visiting us is the best way to find something special.
Can I reserve or preorder products?
Preorders are available on select products. All other items are sold in-store on release days, first-come, first-served. Customer limits may apply.
Can I sell or trade my Pokémon cards with you?
Yes, but only in-store and on a case-by-case basis. Bring your cards during opening hours. We don’t buy or trade online or via email.

Do you ship orders internationally?
We ship only to select EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.
