These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://NostalgicCollectibles.dk and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Scope and Governing Law
These Terms apply to all purchases and services offered by Nostalgic, online or in-store. All transactions are subject to Danish law, including:
- The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven)
- The Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven)
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices include applicable VAT but exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payments via standard European Economic Area and UK cards.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within Denmark and the EU. Estimated delivery: 5 business days.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties/import taxes outside Denmark.
- Nostalgic is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
- Consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
- To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing and return the item in its original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Custom or personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
6. Warranty and Defects (Reklamationsret)
- Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, consumers have a 24-month warranty for defective products.
- Customers must report defects within a reasonable time, typically within two months of discovery.
- We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Complaints

8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Liability
- Nostalgic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, website downtime, or order delays.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
10. Grading Services (CGC Submissions)
10.1 Overview
Nostalgic offers card grading submission via Certified Guaranty Company (CGC). By using this service, you agree to CGC’s Terms at https://www.cgccards.com/terms, in addition to the terms below.
10.2 Important Notices
- Subjectivity: Grading is an expert opinion. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
- Declared Value: Customers must declare an accurate estimated market value. CGC may adjust the service tier and fees if undervalued.
- Handling: CGC may clean or treat cards during encapsulation. Neither CGC nor Nostalgic is liable for changes caused, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Risk: Cards may be damaged or rejected. Nostalgic is not responsible for loss/damage during CGC possession.
- Shipping & Insurance: CGC return shipping is insured per their limits. Extra insurance must be arranged in advance. Nostalgic accepts no liability for transit delays or damage.
10.3 Role of Nostalgic
Nostalgic acts solely as a submission agent. We are not responsible for:
- Grading outcomes
- Damage while at CGC
- Tier upgrades or added charges
- Courier or CGC delays
10.4 Unclaimed Items
Graded cards must be collected or shipped within 90 days of notification. Unclaimed items after 12 months may be disposed of in line with Danish law and CGC policy.
10.5 Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a card for grading via Nostalgic, you confirm:
- You are the legal owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- You accept CGC’s and Nostalgic’s grading terms
- You waive any claims against Nostalgic regarding grading outcomes or third-party handling
10.6 Storage, Liability & Customer Responsibility
- Storage & Insurance: Items stored with Nostalgic are held at your own risk. We do not insure them. Please arrange personal insurance.
- Liability & Compensation: In cases of loss or damage (at Nostalgic, in transit, or with CGC), compensation is capped at the declared market value, subject to proof via pre-submission photos. Insurance must be purchased to claim for shipping losses.
- Third-Party Claims: If an issue arises with CGC or a courier, Nostalgic will assist in filing a claim. Compensation depends solely on the third party’s resolution.
- Ungraded Returns: If CGC returns a card ungraded, a partial refund may be issued based on actual CGC/shipping fees. No refund is given for cards rejected due to trimming, restoration, or alteration.
- Customer Responsibility: By submitting, you confirm ownership, accept grading risks, and understand that claims require photo evidence and declared values.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
