Get Your Cards Graded with CGC!
Let us take care of the entire process for you — send us your cards, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Turnaround Time: Approx. 45 business days from the date CGC receives your cards from us.
- Submission Schedule: We submit in bulk every 1–2 months, with batches of up to 300 cards.
Optional Pre-Grading Service
Curious about how your cards might grade? We offer a Pre-Grading service before submission.
- Microscope Inspection using CGC grading standards
- Evaluation of centering, corners, edges, and surface
- Receive feedback on your card’s likely grade and any potential flaws
Ideal if you want to maximise your submission value or decide whether a card is worth grading.
Placing an Order
When ordering, please ensure that you add the correct number of cards to your cart under the corresponding grading tier or price category.
At checkout, please add the card name, the set number, and the value of each card in the Order Notes section.
Example: Charizard – 4/102 Base Set – €100
This ensures accurate tracking and submission to CGC.

Important: We currently only accept submissions from the following countries:
Denmark, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.
Please package your cards carefully to ensure they are not damaged during shipping to us. We recommend using card savers or toploaders, packing paper, and a sturdy box.
Also, be sure to include your order receipt (sent to your email) inside the box for accurate tracking and processing.
Return Shipping
Once your graded cards arrive back from CGC, we’ll contact you to arrange either:
- Insured return shipping payment, or
- Free in-store pickup at Nostalgic, Billund
We aim to use the most cost-effective insured method to ensure your cards are protected during transit.
Prefer to use your own shipping provider? No problem — just send us a prepaid and insured shipping label.
Below is a general estimate of return shipping costs based on weight and value.
Estimated Return Shipping Costs (Within Denmark)
All shipments via PostNord are insured to protect the value of your cards. You will pay us the shipping costs before the items are returned to you. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package:
- Up to 1 kg: 190 DKK
- Up to 5 kg: 200 DKK
- Up to 10 kg: 220 DKK
- Up to 15 kg: 260 DKK
- Up to 20 kg: 290 DKK
An additional insurance fee of 20 DKK is added per started 10,000 DKK of declared value.
Estimated Return Shipping Costs (Outside of Denmark)
We usually use UPS for insured international shipping to ensure safe and timely delivery of your graded cards.
Pricing varies by destination, weight, and insured value.
