The ink has dried and the lore has been gathered! This past weekend, Illumineers gathered for our Disney Lorcana: Winterspell Prerelease Event, and the competition was as fierce as a winter storm in the North Mountain.
From tactical Ruby/Sapphire builds to innovative new Winterspell synergies, it was a day filled with incredible plays and community spirit. Every participant walked away with a special promo pack including Timon, adding a bit of “Hakuna Matata” to their collections.

- The Top Cut: Our Top 3 finishers—Oliver, Patrick, and Catrine—all took home incremental Winterspell booster packs to bolster their decks for the upcoming season.
- Tie-Breaker Tension: The race for 3rd and 4th place was incredibly tight, with Catrine Skår Johannessen edging out Anton Nørby Andersen by a razor-thin margin in the “Opponent Match Win” (OMW) percentages.
Winning Deck Insight: We saw a heavy presence of “Resist” mechanics this weekend, proving that staying power is key when the Winterspell frost begins to bite!
