Tournament Highlights & Meta Analysis

The tournament saw a dominant performance by Benllo, who secured a perfect run with 12 points, showcasing a deep understanding of the new Warlord-centric mechanics. The battle for the remaining top spots was incredibly fierce, with four players finishing at 9 points; PepSimon eventually clinched second place due to a superior Opponent Win Percentage (OMW%) of 68.8%.

Looking Ahead

The full release of The Azure Sea’s Seven [OP14-EB04] is scheduled for January 16, 2026. FNM Report: Avatar: The Last Airbender Booster Draft

Friday Night Magic - Avatar: The Last Airbender

Friday marked the end of an era as we hosted the final Limited event for the Avatar: The Last Airbender set. From mastering the four elements to navigating the Spirit World, this set has been an absolute blast to draft over the Christmas months.

As we bid a fond “Yip Yip!” to Aang and the gang, we look forward to next week when we enter the twilight of the fae with Lorwyn Eclipse! Our highly anticipated Prerelease kicks off next Friday, and we can’t wait to see you there.

Every participant tonight earned double points and walked away with exclusive promo cards, and our top finishers for the draft earned themselves Play Boosters. Our overall draft winner also took home a special extra promo to commemorate the final Avatar event!

Nostalgic: Whispers in the Well Set Championship – Event Recap (3 January 2026)

The stakes were high at Nostalgic on January 3, 2026, as 17 players gathered to compete for the title of Set Champion. With the exclusive Daisy Duck – Paranormal Investigator promo cards and the champion playmat on the line, the atmosphere was focused and competitive throughout five rounds of Swiss and a cut to the Top 8.

After a long day of intense strategic play, Jakob V rose to the top, securing the championship playmat and the 1st place title with a commanding 7-1 total record.
