Nostalgic Opening Day (28/03/25)

We’re excited to announce our updated store hours to better serve our amazing community:

We’ve extended our standard Monday to Thursday weekday hours until 18:00 to make it easier for those working during the day to visit us.

Friday evenings now end at 20:00—but don’t worry! The doors stay open for Friday Night Magic until the event concludes, often running until 21:00 or later.

Weekend hours remain unchanged, and we’ll continue to listen to your feedback and adjust our hours based on demand.

Our First Month at Nostalgic – and What’s Coming Next!

Nostalgic Card Wall

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since we opened the doors to Nostalgic!
We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support we’ve received so far – from people travelling to visit us from all over Denmark, to tourists visiting LEGO House who have stopped by, made purchases, and even told us they plan to visit again!

One of our proudest achievements so far is our huge graded card wall – over 400 graded cards on display and in stock! It’s probably the biggest in Denmark and quite possibly one of the biggest in Europe. Thanks to buying entire collections, it stays fully stocked with exciting, rare, and high-quality cards.

It’s not just Pokémon anymore – you’ll now find Yu-Gi-Oh and One Piece cards appearing on our shelves too!
Our seating area with 32 spaces is already buzzing, and as Organized Play grows, we’re planning to expand it even further.

What’s coming up?

  • Magic: The Gathering fans, check out our calendar! We have exciting Final Fantasy events and Magic Prereleases lined up!
  • Pokémon Trainers, get ready for even bigger and better League Events, with amazing promotional items and the upcoming launch of Destined Rivals! Don’t forget to visit our Pokémon calendar too.

We’re also doubling the amount of stock and the range of products we offer over the coming months – bringing in even more variety across PokémonMagicYu-Gi-OhOne PieceDigimon, and more.

And that’s not all – we are currently exploring offering a Card Grading Service and expect to have an update for you in around two weeks!

Finally, we’re proud to say that every single kroner made so far has been reinvested straight back into the store. No salaries, no profits taken – just a full commitment to making Nostalgic better every day. We also remain one of (if not thecheapest providers of Pokémon products in all of Denmark.

Thank you for being part of our journey. This is just the beginning!

Come visit us soon – we can’t wait to show you what’s next!

Our First Friday Night Magic – A Roaring Start with Tarkir: Dragonstorm!

Friday Night Magic (11/04/25)

Last night marked a huge milestone for us at Nostalgic – we hosted our very first Friday Night Magic event, and it was nothing short of epic!

With 15 enthusiastic players filling the store, the energy was high as everyone cracked open six boosters of Tarkir: Dragonstorm to build their sealed decks. It was a blast seeing players strategizing, trading ideas, and throwing down some seriously spicy cards.

Over four intense rounds, the competition stayed fierce. We saw dragons soar, spells fly, and some unexpected combos hit the battlefield. By the end of the night, Marvin emerged victorious, showing off some seriously strong plays and consistency throughout the rounds. Jackson came in a close second, keeping the pressure on with a solid deck and sharp tactics.

We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or vibe. It was great to see both new faces and familiar ones, all coming together for the love of the game. From all of us at Nostalgic – thank you to everyone who joined and helped make our first FNM so memorable!

Stay tuned for more events, and get your decks ready – this is just the beginning.

See you at the next Friday Night Magic!
