Celebrate the launch of Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender with your first opportunity to explore the new set! Players will open a Prerelease Pack, build a 40-card Sealed Deck, and enjoy fun, casual matches with fellow fans.

Character-Themed Prerelease Packs:
Choose from five character-themed Prerelease Packs, each associated with a Magic color:

• Aang (White)

• Katara (Blue)

• Azula (Black)

• Zuko (Red)

• Toph (Green)

Each pack contains a seeded Play Booster themed for the same character, giving you a unique start to your deck-building adventure.

Extra-Large Dice Bags for Repeat Play:
Players who register with a Wizards Account and participate in two or more Prerelease events will receive collectible extra-large dice bags featuring dye-sublimated prints of the five characters. Perfect for storing cards, counters, and more!

Event Structure:

• Deck Building: Build a deck from 6 unopened booster packs

• Deck Size: Minimum 40 cards, no maximum (must shuffle unassisted)

• Sideboard: All remaining cards from your 6 booster packs

• Rounds: Best-of-3 matches, 50-minute rounds

Swiss Round Structure:

• 5–8 players: 3 rounds

• 9–16 players: 4 rounds

• 17–32 players: 5 rounds

• 33–64 players: 6 rounds
