 deck (featuring 1 of 4 exclusive promo cards)\, 4 booster packs\, and a de
 ck-building tip sheet\, plus an additional 3 booster packs as a participat
 ion prize awarded at the end of the tournament.\nRules &amp\; Trading Poli
 cy\n\nAll participants must sign in with their Pokémon.com account at the
