 y deck (featuring 1 of 4 exclusive promo cards)\, 4 booster packs\, and a 
 deck-building tip sheet\, plus an additional 3 booster packs as a particip
 ation prize awarded at the end of the tournament.\nRules &amp\; Trading Po
